Due to the complexity of re-importing watches (i.e. taxes, duties and customs regulations), all international orders are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
At this time the only method of payment we will accept is a wire transfer. Payment via wire transfer is also eligible for a 3% wire discount.
All import taxes and duties (e.g. VAT, GST, PST, etc.) at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These fees are separate and are in addition to the cost of the watch you purchased from us. Prior to delivery you will be contacted by the courier service or customs to pay for these fees. The recipient is responsible to pay these fees, typically either prior to delivery or at the time of delivery. Each country has its own specific importing rules and regulations. We therefore suggest you contact your local FedEx, DHL or customs authority directly for specific importing requirements and details.
The Timepiece Collection is an American-based company and all price quotes are in US Dollars. All transactions must be completed in US Dollar currency.
