Sales Policies

All watches advertised as AVAILABLE on the preowned section of our website are in stock and available to ship the same or next business day of payment receipt. We encourage our customers to contact our friendly and knowledgeable staff with any questions you may have. We are authorized dealers of many brands with a brick and mortar storefront where customers are always welcome to visit and view our stock. Many famous brands have the confidence of considering us their representatives, and you can be sure that we value your business and we will endeavor to provide superior service so that you have a positive and pleasant experience with our establishment.


Stock Availability

Each watch will clearly state its current status as one of the following:

  • Incoming: The watch is available in our store but awaiting quality control inspection, possible servicing and photography.
  • Available: The watch is available in stock. You can purchase the watch online or you are welcome to visit our store for a personal inspection and to complete the deal.
  • On Hold:A customer has shown serious interest in the watch and has requested a temporary (usually 48 hour) hold on the watch, or a customer has made a commitment to buy and we are waiting for payment to clear.
  • Sold: This watch has been sold and is no longer available for sale.

Watch Conditions

Each watch will clearly state its current condition as one of the following:

  • Unworn: While the watch is technically preowned, it has never been worn and is literally in perfect/unworn condition.
  • Mint: Watch will show light to very light signs of wear. Minor superficial hairline scratches may be present.
  • Excellent:Watch will have medium to light signs of wear, such as minor scratches.
  • Fair: Watch will have noticeable signs of wear, but is in general favorable condition. The movement condition is in good working order.

Sales Tax

We are a New Jersey-based business and are required by US law to collect sales tax on all purchases completed in our store and/or delivered within the state of New Jersey. We are not required to collect sales tax on purchases shipped outside the state of New Jersey.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

We ship worldwide. All parcels are completely insured for theft, loss and damage while in transit. Our typical methods of shipment are:

  • For orders in the USA: We offer Standard Next Business Day Delivery via FedEx free of charge. We offer an upgraded Priority Overnight (delivery before 10:30 AM) delivery option for an additional $50.
  • For international orders: We ship via FedEx, DHL or Postal Service at your request. There is a shipping and insurance fee when we ship internationally. Please check out our International Policies page for more details.

Please note: all packages are shipped requiring an adult signature at delivery. Please ensure that there will be a responsible adult available to sign for the package upon delivery.

PAYMENT OPTIONS - FOR USA CUSTOMERS ONLY

The purchasing process is simple and straight-forward. Once you have determined to buy a watch from our site, click on the "Buy this watch" button to submit an order request form for that particular watch. You may also call us during regular business hours to place an order over the phone. During our online order process you will be asked to provide only non-secure details such as your name, address and phone number. You will NOT be requested to provide credit card details online. Once we receive your order request form we will contact you for payment details.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Wire transfer: Receive a 3% discount off the advertised price with this payment method.
  • American Express: Our preference is to ship to the billing address. However, we will agree to deliver to an alternate delivery address provided that Amex has this address as an “alternative shipping/delivery address” on file. To add the address as an alternate shipping/delivery address please call the toll-free number on the back of your card and speak with an account representative. Request that the “alternate/secondary shipping/delivery address” be added to your card. Once American Express has the delivery address on file we will be able to verify the information with them.
  • Visa, Mastercard or Discover: We can only deliver to the billing address - no exceptions.
  • Personal or Cashier's Check: Receive a 3% discount off the advertised price with this payment method. We require approximately 3-7 business days for cashier's checks and 7-10 business days for personal checks before shipping to ensure that the check clears completely.

When selecting a credit card as a payment option, additional documentation may be requested, such as:

  • Clear images of the front and back of your credit card
  • A copy of valid photo ID such as a passport or driver’s license

DISCLAIMER: Due to the risk of accepting credit cards remotely, we may choose, at our sole discretion, to decline accepting a credit card in payment. Should we decline to accept a credit card, the only method of payment acceptable to us would be a wire transfer. Please understand that accepting credit cards remotely has inherent risks to our disadvantage. Should such a situation occur, please accept our apologies up front and we hope you understand that our decision is based on a variety of factors.
