Return Policy for U.S. Orders

We offer a 3-day full refund "no questions asked" return policy on most products advertised and sold via the pre-owned section of our website. As a valued customer you can enjoy a 3-day inspection period from the day you receive the package, during which you can decide if you will be keeping the watch, or if you would prefer to return the watch for a refund (less shipping costs) or exchange. After three days the sale is considered final and the purchase cannot be returned.

In some circumstances a sale will be considered a SPECIAL ORDER. A sale deemed SPECIAL ORDER will be considered final and non-returnable or refundable. SPECIAL ORDERS will typically happen with highly desirable pieces, very limited edition pieces and products of considerably high value. We will always notify the customer up front, prior to closing the deal if the purchase in question is considered a SPECIAL ORDER. The absence of such a discussion will mean that our regular 3-day return policy is in effect.

Return Policy Conditions

  • Return policy is only valid within the continental USA. Please click here to view our International sales policies.
  • All watches must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were received, including all accessories (e.g. box/es, warranty card, instruction manuals, pushers, etc.).
  • Please do not wear the watch at all until you are certain that you will be keeping the watch.
  • All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call us at 877-678-8463 or email us to obtain an RMA number for your return.
  • A Return Form must accompany your return. Click to download Return Form. Print, complete and include this form with your return.
  • Once an RMA has been issued, the customer has 5 business days to ship the watch back to us.
  • Please ensure that the watch and watch box are securely wrapped and protected in the shipping box (padding the box with bubble wrap or packing peanuts is advised). Remember to include the complete product set (e.g. box/es, warranty card, instruction manual/s, pushers, etc.) that originally came with your order.
  • Please clearly print the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
  • The customer is responsible to pay for all return shipping and insurance costs. Please ship the package fully insured via UPS or USPS. It is not advisable to ship with FedEx as they do not insure watches over $500.


  • Purchases paid for via credit card will be credited back to the customer's original card.
  • Check, wire and cash payments will be refunded in the form of a check payable to the original buyer.
  • Credits are typically issued within 7 business days of receipt of a return.
