• Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FB military address as we do not have a reliable insured shipping option. 

INSURANCE: All parcels shipped by The Timepiece Collection are fully insured against loss, theft, and damage while in transit. All our shipments are covered by an independent third-party insurance company. To ensure a smooth claims process, it is essential to report any issues with your parcel promptly. If you believe there might be a need to file a claim, please notify us within 12 hours of receiving the package. Timely reporting is a crucial condition for all insurance claims.

SIGNATURE: Please note that an adult signature is required for all packages, no exceptions. 

SHIPPING ADDRESS: While shipping to the billing address is always the best option, we do recognize the need to ship to alternate addresses, especially due to our adult signature requirement. Acceptance of shipping is conditional on multiple factors set by our order verification team. We prefer to ship to a verifiable delivery address (such as a work address). 

If an issue arises with a specific delivery address, we will contact you to find a suitable solution. Please understand that we must work within the strict security parameters set by our insurance & credit card processing bank.

MULTIPLE ITEMS OR OVERSIZED PARCELS: Shipping costs may need to be adjusted for orders with multiple items or large and heavy packages. We will notify you of any changes prior to charging your card or requesting payment.

Product availability:

• In-stock items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days after order verification, and you'll receive an email or phone notification.
• If an item is out of stock, we will promptly notify you and provide an estimated time frame for availability or assist you in finding an alternative. Refunds (with no restocking fee) will be issued for out-of-stock items that have already been charged.
