Returns and Exchanges
In order to ensure your total satisfaction, we offer a seven (7) day exchange or return policy.

Merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received (i.e., with its complete original packaging, with all accessories, paperwork, and hangtags). Please do not wear the watch, remove any protective stickers, or remove any links until you are absolutely certain you will be keeping the watch.
Special orders, engraved or otherwise personalized items, damaged items or items that show any signs of wear cannot be exchanged or returned. If stickers have been removed, or accessories are missing or damaged we may charge a restocking fee or reject the return of the item.
Some purchases would be considered special order items which are not subject to our standard return & exchange policy. Special orders are generally considered a final sale which is not returnable at all, or may have a shortened return policy. We will notify you at the time of your order or prior to shipping if the watch is considered a special order item and what the terms of the sale would be.
Due to the complexity of international logistics such as importing taxes & duties, all international sales are considered special orders which are final & non-returnable.
All returns will be subject to strict quality control by our team to ensure that the returned product is in the same condition it was shipped. If the product does not meet our quality control standards, we retain the right to reject the return and the products will be sent back to you. If the returned product meets our quality control standards we will proceed with the applicable exchange or refund.
New watches must be returned in new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place, with the original hangtags and stickers intact (where applicable), as well as with the original brand box, with all accessories and with all paperwork as it was shipped to you. We will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
Pre-owned watches must be returned with all the contents and accessories that were included during the time of shipment and in the exact same condition in which they were dispatched.
Watch bracelets that have been sized by us prior to shipping at the Customer’s request must be returned with all the links included.
Should you wish to return or exchange an item, you can do so by logging into your account or by clicking here to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You may also call us at 1-877-678-8463 or email us to sales@thetimepiececollection.com to request an RAN. This number is required prior to returning any product purchased from us.
Once you have been issued a RAN, you are expected ship the watch back so that it arrives back within 7 business days of us issuing the RAN.
Return shipping: It is the customers responsibility to ship the watch back. We strongly recommend using a traceable courier (such as UPS or USPS) and purchasing full insurance for the value you paid for the watch while in transit.

Returns:
- Refunds are generally issued within 7-10 business days.
- If you paid via:
- Credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay & Affirm, a credit will be refunded to the same account they were debited from.
- Check, we will issue a check to the same name as the check issuer.
- Wire, we will refund you either via wire, ACH or company check to the same account holder we received the funds from. We reserve the right to choose the refund method.
- Cryptocurrency will be refunded via wire, ACH or company check to the same account holder we received the funds from. We reserve the right to choose the refund method. We do not refund in crypto. The refund amount will be the original US dollar amount we invoiced you for. We do not take any responsibility for market value fluctuation regardless of the circumstances or reason for refund.

Exchanges:
- Shipping fees on the exchange may be applicable, depending on the delivery location & insured value.
- Exchanges for an item of greater value: An invoice for the new item, plus the exchange shipping fee, less the returned item will be issued. Payment for the difference must be completed prior to us shipping the exchanged item.
- Exchanges for an item of lesser value: We will issue a refund less the new shipping fee as per our refund policies above.
Upon receiving a return, we will verify that the returned product satisfies the conditions of the exchange & return policy and, if so, we will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
